Comments/description: A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to BCCA. USBC 102-34, Unlisted in USBCOI. This can has a semi-metallic finish that appears to match up well with USBCOI 562, although that can is listed as metallic and from the 1945-46 time frame, meaning it would carry an IRTP statement. The photo, however, does not show an IRTP statement on the can. Nor is there one on this example, indicating production post-1950. Book can 563 IS shown/listed without IRTP, but is gray enamel. Condition on the specimen offered is outstanding and the can appears to be a factory-original bank can, possibly originating in the Bank Heist find, as this label was known to be present. A beautiful example, humidity-free with just scratches and NO trace of humidity, including on the brilliant lids and seam. Rare. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
