Comments/description: USBC104-33, OI 584. This is the dark brown version of this design. It looks great on the shelf since the scratching it has is almost exclusively on the reverse. Only minor marks are visible on the face. No notable dings. PA tax lid on top. Pretty tough one to find clean. This label is Others Pending and dates to about 1937.
