Imprint on sides is quite light or missing in some spots though the top is much clearer. Condition of black glass portion is first rate with no chips or cracks. Color is so deep and opaque that it is impossible to tell what color it really is. Nice surface swirls add character. Brass portion of the base is attached to the threaded post and is included. The nut below it is not, and was only used to position the piece for photography.
