Comments/description: Graphic and rare issue featuring the Old Reading mascot character Gus hoisting a mug of his favorite suds. This specimen is quite clean and smooth with minimal humidity making an appearance only on the reverse; the front is crisp and looks all the more so with the gold on the spout. As the photos show, however, the can is covered with small nicks and scratches that have not darkened and so announce themselves against the dark blue metallic background. Not evident in the photos is a trio of small dings around the mug and a few other even smaller ones along the right edge of the label. Scarce can in clean condition.
