Comments/description: Sign features the iconic old man found on the highly desirable cans and trays of the 1930s and early 1940s, here in 3-D. Background is a faux woodgrain texture molded into the piece with the brand and brews below the portrait. The two holes are indicative that a calendar pad (and attachment hardware) are absent. Below the holes, recessed into the board but not colored, is the text THE BEST ALWAYS. Somewhat difficult to see. Piece is in excellent condition with only small areas of paint flaked or chipped. The mans nose, being the most prominent raised point, appears to have a crack, possibly repaired. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
