Comments/description: Even with some mild spotting around the top, this is considered a high-grade example of this scarce Withdrawn Free label. Incredibly difficult to find an example much cleaner than this with the Peoria mandatory. Includes an intact Disregard WFIR statement lid on top. Appears to be factory air sealed unless contents evaporated at top rim, accounting for the humidity there. Excellent display with loads of shiny silver. There are 4-5 small dings at lower front and a larger canning ding at top left side. Great can! All items are original unless otherwise noted.
