Comments/description: A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to BCCA. Very scarce Pickwick label for Pale Ale features striking metallic red-orange stripes against a metallic gold background. A truly impressive design if one ever has a chance to see it in person. That said, this example is among some of the better ones we have seen with a lot of that great color still intact. Fortunately, the heaviest of the humidity occurs on the back and near the rims where it affects the display least. Other than a small ding on ALE the only indents present are small canning dings at the rims and a small ding on the seam. The top has been replaced and both rims have been cleaned. Very good overall.
