Comments/description: Somewhat unusual to see this label as an indoor example. The number of outdoor-found examples of all variants dwarfs the clean ones. And, this being the first design from 1936, we seldom encounter it in high grade. This can carries a U Permit number and is PATENTS Pending with a non-beaded top lid. Can is clean with outstanding color and no notable under-the-paint humidity. Merely some modest handling and marks. Aside from some insignificant canning dings at the rims there is one ding at the front-center of the label that may not be fully evident in the photos. Nice clean lids too.
