Comments/description: Unusual 1950s illuminated sign manufactured by the Ansonia Clock Co. of New York. Unlit, this piece appears to be a black-framed mirror with branding along the bottom portion. When lit, however, it magically reveals the advertising shown in the photo: Schmidts Ale - Beer MORE AND MORE. With great depth and tricks of light. Condition of the components is outstanding and the piece will be shipped in its original packaging. The only shortcoming is that the silver mirroring has been compromised over time and no longer appears as a pristine mirror; it shows staining, thinning, discoloration. Works and looks beautiful when powered on though! All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
