A terrific reference find here, either from brewery archives or Continental Can Co. This volume contains print color keys with ink specs for each of the 12-ounce designs produced under the Sicks Seattle Brewing & Malting and Sicks Spokane mandatories. Each key is a partial sheet, trimmed to reveal other designs/colors beneath it, and tagged with the specific manufacturer ink code for that color. Some interesting original names such as Peppermint Pink, Dusty Rose, and Neptune Green. Each set of keys is catalogued in a group of three. There are 17 groupings, so 51 individual partial sheets. Each sheet has rounded or clipped corners. Despite what the cover states, there are 10 sheets with a Sicks Spokane Brewery mandatory, the rest all Sicks Seattle Brewing & Malting. Every can is either marked with the CCC logo or nothing at all; there are NO American Can Co. Keglined cans in this group. These are all 1-color (plus white) designs, no multicolor or Christmas designs among them. There are labels both with and without the RAINIER FOR LIFE in the gold above the main branding. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
Condition
Aside from the trimming and the rounding and clipping already mentioned, there are few blemishes on the samples themselves. The binder, due to its age, paper and cardboard construction, and heavy weight, shows pretty extensive wear. Binder rings are bright and still secure.
