Brewer/Business Name: American Brewing Co., Rochester, New York
Manufacturer/Plant: American Can Co.
Date of manufacture: circa 1940s
Canning Code: n/a
USBC reference: 138-12 USBCOI reference: 784 Contents/Type: 12 oz
Dimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h.
Comments/description: USBC 138-12 OI 784. According to USBCOI this is a post-WWII, late 1940s design dating to use between 1947-1950. However, the Keglined strip still lists Others Pending and the canning code of 17A \ indicates a 1941 or 1942 origin so we believe it to be pre-war. It is a solid on-grade example with some small marks and a terrific display face. Small ding on upper right side may not show here. Lids and seam are clean as well. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.

Condition

Cans may have minor canning and handling dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Please review photos carefully for these subtle indents. Larger dings that do not show and those in other locations will be noted in the item description.
