Comments/description: RARE. Wonderful early deck is complete with the possible exception of a missing Joker. It includes one Joker labeled as such and a promo card for Owl Musty Ale that could be used as the other, but the deck MAY have had two true Joker cards. All suit cards are present, for a total of 54 cards. The design of the back is truly beautiful with the PB bulldog mascot in each corner and bottles of Ale and Lager on each side of a red diamond pattern in the center. The Lager bottle is the unmistakably embossed design with vertical ridges/fluting. The design is accented with bright gold. Cardboard is bright and clean on all cards, and the box is very good, with crisp, sharp edges and corners to go along with clean white. Some chipping along the edges and the side representing the back design has a tear. The flap is torn off as well but is included in the box. Rare deck. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
