Comments/description: A Meek Co. tray with stock imprint #50, titled A LADY OF QUALITY. Very early Canadian tray. Shows a young girl overly dressed in her mothers best dress and hat, clutching some flowers in one hand. The dress is clearly too large for her dress-up play as it bunches as she hikes it up with her other hand. The brewers seal is to the right. Copyright 1904. Image clarity is excellent as there is minimal crazing and the colors remain mostly true throughout the figure. Background exhibits more obvious staining and whitening, from a possible aging clear coat. No dings or kinks so the photos tell the story.
