Comments/description: USBC 144-38 OI UNLISTED. Note that the entire canning code on this can is underlined, where neither in the book have this feature. Also, this can has dots above and below the X in the code where the book cans, while blurry, appear to only have it below. This beauty has a wonderful display face, with a fine shine/sheen and only small marks in the silver of the hammered metal/fish scale design background that are hard to see because of the color and pattern. Factory original copper lid on top. Dates to 1939 and is Others Pending. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
The right side has under-the-paint humidity that has slightly roughened the surface where toning is visible in the photos. Small indent on center of left side and a ding at the base of the OI panel. Very nice display.
