This piece is loaded with attributions: Weinhard as the brewer, Elks BPOE branding, and The Lotus, a Portland buffet and billiard parlor establishment that also operated as a local liquor merchandiser. This item was likely produced in commemoration of an Elks event held at the establishment in 1919. A manufacturer mark stamped in black at the bottom is illegible, showing only MADE IN.
