Brewer/Business Name: Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Co., Newport, Kentucky
Manufacturer/Plant: Continental Can Co.
Date of manufacture: circa 1960s
USBC reference: 169-8 Contents/Type: 16 oz
Dimensions: 2-3/4 w x 6-1/4 h.
Comments/description: A bit of an odd feature of this design is that the logo at the top is off-center on one face, positioned notably off to the right. The opposite face is off-center as well but to a lesser degree and is less noticeable due to the REGISTERED text filling the space on the left. This example is outstanding and features a WIEDEMANN FINE BEER vanity stamp on the top. There is a small ding at the bottom of the U of QUART on one side. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
Cans may have minor canning dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Larger dings that do not show will be noted in the item description. A thin black vertical reflection may show on some can photos.
