Comments/description: RARE. all original sign for a lesser-known Krueger product. All the graphic elements are embossed above the background blue, including the border. The halftone litho of the wild boar and bottle is smooth while the rest of the surfaces have a very distinctive textured pattern to them. The texture is deep enough to capture dust, dirt, wax, etc., that gives it a somewhat chalky or darker uneven look where buildup is heaviest, though the paint is not actually compromised or discolored in most areas. It also adds a soft sheen that contrasts with the smoother, comparatively shinier halftoned areas. Aside from the blemishes visible in the photos there is a 2-1/2-inch kink at the bottom edge near the front legs and a very faint ripple near the snout. A pair of small nail holes is present near the ear. Manufactured by Stout Sign Co of St. Louis. Rare sign! All items are original unless otherwise noted.
