Comments/description: Early 13-ounce Australian pull tab. Note that the 13-ounce reference is Imperial measure; the U.S. standard equivalent of 12.5 ounces. In addition to the humidity evident in the photos there are a couple of very faint dimples on the left side and a larger creased ding in the white on the right.
