Comments/description: U.S.-manufactured tray produced to promote Ireland-based E & J Burke, bottlers of Guinness Stout for export to the U.S. Possibly Prohibition era. Likely issued prior to the opening of the Burke Brewery in New York for domestic production for which a separate tray was produced (an example of which we are also offering). Light crazing, and some wear mostly concentrated on the rim. Likely clear coated based on shine and a distinct difference in finish on the inner rim.
