Brewer/Business Name: Century Brewery Corp., Norfolk, Virginia
Manufacturer/Plant: Continental Can Co.
Date of manufacture: circa 1950s
USBC reference: L69-37 Contents/Type: 12 oz
Dimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h.
Comments/description: Unlisted variation is identical to 69-37 except that it has a softer satin-y gold rather than the bright, clear lacquered finish of the book can. Note the Century mandatory as well, since this label also comes from Hornell and Gilt Edge. Excellent can with a couple of spots on each face. Bright hardware includes a Virginia tax lid intact on top. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
Cans may have minor canning dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Larger dings that do not show will be noted in the item description. A thin black vertical reflection may show on some can photos.
