Comments/description: USBC 83-28 OI 413. ACTUAL can featured in the Class Cans book.  Very colorful example of this R9/R4 label. Overall, a pretty nice indoor example with a mostly smooth surface and light humidity over the majority of the label. It is heaviest on the left side where it is more severe and looks and feels like oxidation rather than humidity. Hardware is quite clean and the rims have been polished.
