Comments/description: USBC 83-29 OI 412. No known on-grade examples of this elusive label are known to exist. The display face on this outdoor-found example is quite strong with lots of shine and no notable fade to the red. Reverse is rougher as oxidation from the seam is very heavy and has encroached a bit onto the label. There is some denting on both sides of the seam with a larger dent at the top of the left side. Mineral accretion has left white areas on the text panels that make some text difficult to read. A hole at the center of the seam may be hard to discern in the photos.
