Condition/Comments: This can is a scarce variation in which the WITHDRAWN FREE statement has been overprinted with green and white to read INTERNAL REVENUE TAX PAID. Note the darker color green square around the IRTP statement and white text. Can is in fantastic condition, the only notable blemish being a pair of small dings near the tray.
