Condition/Comments: USBC L90-3 OI 472. This is the ACTUAL can featured in the USBCOI. Rare FIRST IRTP can (even off-grade). Early issue features dull enamel gold and silver trim. This example displays very well in any light, as the under-the-paint humidity is not obtrusive with the heavy coat of paint. A few places on the left side have advanced to spidering and oxidation and have discolored the gold to silver, yet remain fairly low profile.
