Comments/description: USBC 101-11 OI 551. This is the second OI design from Narry with a full Keglined strip and the addition of Patent Office text below the logo. We believe it to be even scarcer than the first design, though USBCOI assigns an R7/R5 rarity to both. This example has some spotting as shown yet still exudes lots of copper and gold metallic charm in its classic and highly attractive design. Factory-original finish remains as does plenty of bright copper on the lids. 1938 issue is Others Pending. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
