Condition/Comments: All of the design elements are applied directly to the reverse of the glass except that of the woman, which is a decal. The silver has held up pretty well in the top portion but shows some degradation where applied over the decal. Graphics on the bottle and at the bottom are sharp, though there is some minor separation from the glass. Frame is original but has been hand painted gold. Pitting is visible in the metal. 10-1/4 w x 14-1/4 h. Manufactured by Advertising Novelty Co. of Newton, IA. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
