Dimensions: 24 w x 28 h.
Comments/description: Like most, this example is missing the calendar and has been cropped beneath the flautist. May have been done by the brewer itself in order to prolong use of the marketing material beyond the 1907 date on the calendar. Signed at upper right, this art can be attributed to Leon Brunin, a Belgian painter and illustrator who executed numerous works of figures in a similar style and from the same period. This piece is printed on a shiny faux canvas to give it the look of an authentic painting, surrounded by a non-textured printed woodgrain frame which is mostly hidden behind the real frame of this piece. Colorful and impressive as it is quite large. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.

Condition

Paper is wavy though it has few creases. There are several small areas, mostly around STERLING ALE on the right, where the faux material has adhered to the glass and pulled away from the paper backing. These are shown in the close-up photos. Overall very nice for such a large period piece.
